Yes — we offer a completely free, no-obligation site survey for all new enquiries. One of our engineers will visit your property, assess your requirements and provide a detailed written quotation at no cost.

It depends on the size and complexity of the system. A basic home alarm or CCTV system can often be installed in a single day. Larger commercial projects with multiple systems may take several days. We will give you a clear timeline in your quotation.

In most cases, yes. Our engineers are trained across a wide range of manufacturers and can service and maintain systems installed by other companies. We will assess your existing system during a survey and advise accordingly.

We can connect your alarm system to an NSI-approved 24/7 monitoring centre that will alert keyholders and/or the police in the event of an activation. Monitoring is an optional add-on to your installation package.

All our installations come with a 12-month workmanship warranty as standard. Equipment manufacturer warranties are passed on to you and are typically 2–5 years depending on the product. Maintenance contracts extend your cover further.

Absolutely. We work across all property types — from single-family homes through to large multi-site commercial and industrial installations. Our solutions are fully scalable to suit any size of project and budget.

Yes. All modern IP-based CCTV systems we install include remote viewing capability via a free smartphone or tablet app. You can watch live footage or review recordings from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
